JUNE 2026
Improved Songstats Card Visibility in Dark Mode
We've fixed the visibility of the Songstats connection card when using dark mode. Text and background colors now properly contrast in dark mode, making the card easier to read and interact with.
Fixed Settings Modal Closing When Disconnecting Songstats
We fixed an issue where the settings modal would unexpectedly close when you confirmed disconnecting your Songstats account. Now the modal will stay open after you confirm the disconnection, giving you better control over your settings experience.
New Device Installation Step in Onboarding
We've added a new step to the onboarding process that helps you install Trackstack on your desktop and mobile devices. This step displays download links and a QR code to make it easy to get the apps set up on all your devices.
Hears Partner Offer Now Live
The Hears hearing protection partner offer is now live and accessible from your Settings → Partnerships page. You can now click through to claim the exclusive 15% discount on Hears products using your unique partner link.
Instagram connected status now reflects your actual connection
We fixed a bug in Inbox where your Instagram account could appear as Connected before the connection was confirmed by our servers. The status indicator now only shows Connected once your account is fully verified and ready to use. This means you can trust that what you see in your Connected Accounts settings accurately reflects your real connection state.
Bio editor toolbar now visible in profile settings
The formatting toolbar in the bio editor on your profile settings page is now properly visible. You can now use bold, italic, and other rich-text options without the toolbar being hidden or inaccessible. This fix ensures the bio editor works as expected when updating your profile.
Connect your Songstats profile to your inbox
You can now link your Songstats profile to your Trackstack inbox directly from your workspace. When you open your inbox, you may see a one-time prompt asking you to confirm a suggested profile, search for the right one, or let us know you don't have one. Linking your profile unlocks analytics powered by your Songstats data.
Country and city selection now works reliably on iOS
We fixed a crash that could occur on iOS devices when opening the country or city selector in your Inbox profile settings. The dropdowns now load smoothly regardless of how large the location dataset is. You can update your country and city without the app freezing or becoming unresponsive.
City search fixed on iOS in Inbox settings
We've fixed an issue where the city search field in Inbox settings could crash or freeze on iOS devices. You can now type and select your city without running into any unexpected behaviour. This fix applies when updating your location preferences on iPhone and iPad.

Instagram setup reminder in inbox header
You can now see a small notice next to your inbox name if you haven't connected an Instagram handle yet. Clicking it takes you straight to Settings and highlights the Instagram field so you can fill it in right away. You can dismiss the notice permanently if you prefer not to see it.
Manage Organisation now visible in workspace switcher and settings
You can now see and access the Manage Organisation option directly from the workspace switcher and the settings sidebar in Inbox. This option was previously missing, making it difficult to reach organisation management without workarounds. Everything is now where you would expect to find it.
Inbox pages load correctly for paid accounts
We fixed an issue where paid account holders were being incorrectly redirected away from Inbox pages instead of being allowed through. You can now navigate to all Inbox pages without hitting unexpected redirects. Everything should work as expected when accessing your Inbox on a paid plan.
Songstats connection panel stays visible when opening settings
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where the Songstats connection drawer would be pushed off-screen, making it impossible to see or interact with. You can now open the Songstats integration panel in your settings without it disappearing from view. Connecting your Songstats account works as expected again.
APRIL 2026
Submission balance now shows correctly in account menu
We've fixed an issue where your submission balance was displaying incorrectly in the account dropdown menu. You can now see an accurate count of your remaining submissions at a glance. This ensures the balance shown always reflects your actual available submissions.
Songstats connection no longer causes repeated loading on the Inbox settings page
We fixed an issue where the Songstats connection on your Inbox settings page would repeatedly reload in a loop, making the page feel slow or unresponsive. The connected accounts section now loads once and stays stable. You can check and manage your Songstats connection without any unexpected refresh behaviour.
Connected accounts settings no longer lose your unsaved changes
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where typing in one connected accounts field and then saving a different field would cause your unsaved input to be wiped out. Your changes in each field are now preserved independently while you work through your settings. You can update your connected accounts at your own pace without worrying about losing what you have typed.
Workspace switcher popover now displays above the sidebar
We've fixed an issue where the workspace switcher popover was appearing behind the sidebar, making it difficult to use. The popover now appears above the sidebar, ensuring it is easily visible and accessible to users.
Partial track selection allowed when downgrading plans
Users can now continue with a downgrade even if they have selected fewer tracks than the new plan's limit. Previously, the downgrade would be blocked if the number of selected tracks did not match the new plan's limit exactly.
Fixes invisible text in billing downgrade and cancellation modals
This update fixes an issue where text in the billing downgrade and cancellation modals was invisible due to incorrect styling. Users can now clearly see the content in these modals.
Improved Songstats search experience
We've fixed an issue where the Songstats search input in the inbox settings would not clear properly, making it difficult to search for new Songstats connections.
Admins and lifetime plan users can now manage billing
We've added the ability for workspace administrators and lifetime plan users to manage their billing settings, such as updating payment information or canceling their subscription.
New Max plan and improved visibility in PlanModal
We've added a new Max plan to our subscription options, providing high-volume pros with increased submissions, team members, inbox profiles, and other advanced features. We've also improved the visibility and readability of the PlanModal, making it easier for users to compare plan details.
MARCH 2026
Improved text visibility on Plans page
We've fixed an issue where the text on the Plans page was difficult to read due to white-on-white backgrounds. The text is now more visible and easier to read.
Improved Payment Recovery with Automated Dunning
Trackstack has implemented an automated dunning system to recover failed payments. When a payment doesn't go through, users will now receive a series of friendly email reminders to update their payment method, helping to prevent service disruptions.
Improved workspace avatar image
We've updated the way your workspace avatar image is displayed. Now, if your workspace doesn't have an image set, a default avatar will be shown based on the workspace name.
Profile image is now optional
The profile image requirement has been removed, allowing users to submit content without needing to upload a profile image first.
Disable reactivation of paused inboxes on Free plan
We have made changes to prevent users on the Free plan from reactivating paused inboxes. This ensures Free plan users cannot inadvertently resume inboxes they are not allowed to use.
Removal of 40% Offer
We have removed the limited-time 40% off yearly or 10% off first month offer for new workspaces.

Improvements to Freemium Plan Management
We've made several improvements to how users can manage their Freemium plan, including better handling of perpetual plans, improved plan selection during onboarding, and more reliable subscription management.
Fixes for Freemium plan issues
We've fixed several bugs that were affecting users on our Freemium plan, including issues with submitting tracks, managing inbox settings, and accessing billing information.
Freemium Feature Improvements and Bug Fixes
This update includes several improvements to the Freemium experience, including fixes for bugs that were preventing users from fully utilizing the free plan. Users can now upload more tracks and access additional features without hitting limits.
Improved Songstats connection status visibility
The Songstats connection status is now more clearly displayed in the Inbox Settings, making it easier for users to see if their account is connected or not.
Improved reliability and visibility for billing plan changes
We've fixed an issue where the 'Resources Available to Reactivate' banner would sometimes appear even when your plan was aligned with your paused resources. This banner now only shows when there are actual opportunities to reactivate paused resources.
Improved inbox management and plan downgrade experience
We've made several improvements to the inbox management and plan downgrade experience. Users can now see their actual inbox limits, choose between downgrading to Pro or Free plans, and partially reactivate paused inboxes.
New Sign-up Flow for Free and Paid Users
We've introduced a new sign-up flow that streamlines the process for both free and paid users. This includes an improved onboarding experience and better handling of subscription checkout.
Fixed issue with doubled subscriptions
We've fixed an issue that could cause users to be charged twice for their subscription. This should ensure a more reliable and consistent subscription experience.
Fixes issue with ghost user email not populating
We've fixed an issue where some user accounts were not properly assigned an email address, which could cause problems for those users. This update ensures all user accounts have a valid email address.
JANUARY 2026
Improved Reliability for Free Stripe Subscriptions
We've improved the reliability of free Stripe subscriptions by ensuring that users don't accidentally create duplicate free subscriptions when cancelling their paid plan.
Improved handling of paid subscription upgrades
When upgrading from a free plan to a paid plan, we will now automatically cancel your previous free subscription to prevent duplicate paid subscriptions.
Improved workspace creator display
The workspace creator is now displayed more accurately in the workspace general settings, providing users with better visibility into who created their workspace.
Pricing updates across the app
We've updated our pricing plans to offer more options for individuals and teams. The new plans provide more storage, inboxes, and team members at different price points.
Enabled Max plan and updated billing limits
The new Max plan has been enabled, allowing users to upgrade to a higher tier with increased limits for inboxes and team members. The billing limits for the Inbox plan have also been cleaned up.
Workspace Permissions Improvements
We've updated the workspace permissions layer to provide more control and visibility over submission credits and usage limits for workspace owners.
Improved Team Member Management
We've made improvements to the team member management experience, making it easier for administrators to view, edit, and remove team members.
New Max plan and improved environment variables
We've added a new Max plan to our subscription offerings, providing expanded capabilities and resources for our most demanding users. Additionally, we've made improvements to our environment variables to streamline our infrastructure and increase reliability.
Subscription Plans Simplified
The Trackstack subscription plans have been streamlined and simplified to make it easier for users to understand and choose the right plan for their needs.
Improved support experience for Studio users
We've made it easier for Studio users to request support. The support email address is now pre-populated in the user's email client, and the subject and body are also automatically filled in.
Manage User Profiles
You can now update your user profile, including your display name, profile image, bio, and social media links.
Bug fix: Onboarding reset button visibility issue
We've fixed an issue where the reset buttons on the onboarding settings page were not visible. Users can now easily reset their onboarding tutorials if needed.

Improved waitlist management for Elevate and Studio
We've updated how we manage waitlists for the Elevate and Studio features. Users who request a demo will now be added to a new waitlist system that provides better tracking and notification capabilities.
