Improved Studio Search and Feedback System
We've made several improvements to studio search and the feedback system. Studio search now returns organized results in categories (Posts, Channels, Events, Resources, Courses) for faster discovery. We've also fixed three important bugs affecting feedback credits and visibility to ensure coaches only see submitted payments and new members receive their plan credits immediately.
Studio Onboarding Now Open to Everyone
We've launched a complete Studio setup wizard that makes it easy for anyone to create and configure their Studio. Walk through a guided 7-step process to set up your branding, connect payments via Stripe, and go live—all with a live preview of how your Studio will look.
Fixed bullet point and list formatting in messages
We've fixed an issue where bullet points and numbered lists weren't displaying correctly in direct messages. Now when you create or view lists in messages, they'll render properly with visible bullet points and numbers, and pressing Enter while composing a list will correctly create new list items instead of sending the message.
Fixed Direct Message deletion and reactions
We've fixed an issue where deleting messages, editing messages, and reacting with emojis in direct messages wasn't working properly. These actions now work reliably in DM conversations just like they do in channels.
Reorder Your Collections
Studio admins can now customize the order in which their collections appear in the collections grid. Simply click the new 'Reorder' button to enter drag-and-drop mode, arrange your collections in your preferred order, and save the changes.
Improved stability for layout preference saving
We've fixed an issue where layout preferences could fail to save properly for certain users. The system now gracefully handles cases where a user account exists in the authentication system but hasn't been fully set up in Studio Web yet, ensuring your layout preferences are always saved correctly.
Simplified Studio Settings - Navigation Labels Removed
We've streamlined your studio settings by removing customizable navigation labels and related display options. This simplification reduces configuration complexity while maintaining your studio's core functionality. Your existing content and navigation structure remain unchanged.

Studio Admin Interface Cleanup and Improvements
We've streamlined and reorganized the studio admin interface to provide a cleaner, more focused experience. This update includes architectural improvements to how certain admin pages are structured, fixes to email functionality, and removal of legacy features to reduce clutter. The changes make the admin dashboard more reliable and easier to navigate.
New Getting Started guide for studio owners
Studio owners now see a helpful 'Getting Started' widget when they create a new studio. This interactive guide walks you through three essential setup steps: creating your first channel, publishing a welcome post, and inviting team members. The widget appears as a floating checklist and can be dismissed or reopened anytime from your account menu.
Fixed Threads navigation visibility in Studio
We fixed an issue where the Threads section was appearing in your Studio navigation even when you had disabled the Threads module. The navigation now correctly respects your module settings, ensuring Threads only appears when it's enabled. This fix applies to both desktop and mobile layouts.
Enhanced channel settings with posting and reaction controls
Studio channels now have a unified settings modal with three tabs—Details, Access, and Permissions—letting you control who can post and react in each channel. You can set posting to allow everyone or team members only, and reactions to everyone, team members only, or disabled entirely.
Emoji Reactions Now Available for Posts and Comments
Posts and comments now support emoji reactions alongside the existing Like button. You can quickly react with a picker showing popular emojis (👍 ❤️ 😂 🔥 🎉 👀), see reaction counts, and toggle your reactions on or off. The heart Like button remains separate so you have full control over both.
Faster comment posting with instant modal close
When you comment on a post from the feed, the comment box now opens in a quick modal instead of navigating away. The modal closes instantly after you post, while your comment uploads in the background—no more waiting for the "Posting…" screen. We've also added helpful tooltips to the Comment, Save, and React buttons, and improved how embedded players load to keep the feed running smoothly.
Real-time post reactions and richer reaction notifications
Post reactions now update instantly for all viewers across the studio — you'll see reactions appear within 1–2 seconds instead of waiting for a page refresh. Additionally, reaction notifications now show you which emoji was used and which post received the reaction, making it easier to understand what happened at a glance.
Fixed Video Subtitle Translation — Spanish & Other Languages Now Work Correctly
We've repaired the video subtitle translation system that was silently broken since April. Studio members will now see properly translated subtitles in Spanish and other languages, instead of seeing English text mislabeled as other languages. Videos uploaded from now on, as well as previously uploaded videos, will get correct native-language, English, and Spanish subtitle tracks.
Post editor fixes: YouTube previews, author selector, and schedule picker
We've fixed three issues in the Studio post editor that were getting in the way of publishing. YouTube video thumbnails now load correctly in your posts list, the author selector works reliably without unexpected focus or click behaviour, and the schedule picker no longer closes itself when you try to pick a date.
Redesigned direct messages with new conversation modal in Studio
You can now start direct messages and group chats in Studio using a new message modal, accessible via the '+' button in the Direct Messages section. Search for members, select one or more, and jump straight into a conversation. The sidebar now shows only your active conversations instead of every studio member, keeping things focused and easy to navigate.
MAY 2026
Schedule Post calendar no longer closes when picking a date
We've fixed an issue in Studio where the Schedule Post modal would close the moment you clicked a date in the calendar, making it impossible to schedule a post. You can now click any date or time in the scheduler and the modal will stay open until you are ready to confirm. Scheduling posts works reliably again without losing your selection mid-flow.
Admin members now appear in the post author picker
We fixed a bug where admin members were missing from the author picker when creating or editing a post. You can now select any admin, owner, coach, or guest coach as the author of a post. Previously, only owners, coaches, and guest coaches appeared in the dropdown.
Smoother scrolling and improved visibility in Studio settings
We've fixed an issue where the Studio detail page would not scroll correctly, making some settings difficult or impossible to reach. The Customize Studio Profile option is now clearly visible when hovering, so you can always find and access it. Navigating through your Studio settings should now feel smooth and reliable.
Video picker now shows file names and thumbnails when adding lessons
When adding a video to a lesson, the picker was displaying unreadable internal IDs instead of your video's file name, and no thumbnails were shown, making it nearly impossible to find the right clip. You can now see a proper thumbnail, the video's name, its duration, and how long ago it was uploaded for every video in your library. Older videos that were affected by this issue will also display correctly without any action needed on your part.
Course overview screen, video playback fix, and audio post composer
You can now see a course overview screen with a cover image when you first open a course, making it easier to get oriented before diving into lessons. Course lesson videos now play correctly instead of showing a preview error, and admins can access course content and mark lessons without needing to be enrolled. We've also added an audio post composer with tabs for linking, uploading, or recording audio, plus the ability to attach tracks directly from your Inbox.
Import existing videos from your library into lessons
You can now attach a video you have already uploaded to your video library directly to a lesson, without needing to upload or record it again. A new 'Use existing' button in the lesson media card opens a picker showing all your ready-to-use videos, complete with titles and durations. You can also import a library video from the post editor when creating other types of content.
Profile avatar now appears in public studio headers
If you were logged in and visited a public studio, your profile avatar was missing from the top corner of the page. We've fixed this so your avatar now appears consistently whether the studio is public or private. Anonymous visitors are unaffected and will still see the header without an avatar.
More control over what happens to channels and posts when deleting a section
You can now choose what happens to your channels and posts when you delete a section in Studio. A step-by-step confirmation lets you either move channels to ungrouped or remove them entirely, and if you delete channels you can decide whether to keep or delete their posts too. An undo option appears for 5 seconds after any deletion so you can reverse the action if you change your mind.
Creating a new channel no longer fails with a broken Course option
We've removed the Course option from the channel creation form in Studio's admin sidebar, where it was causing errors on submission. Course channels can still be created using the dedicated Channel Creation flow, which handles all the required fields correctly. This means you can create Messaging, Posts, and Audio channels from the sidebar without hitting a confusing error.
Course admin editing now lives inside the same view members see
You can now build and manage your course curriculum directly inside the learner view, with no separate builder or preview toggle to switch between. Inline controls let you add, rename, reorder, and delete sections and lessons right where your students will see them. Videos recorded inside the lesson editor also now appear correctly in the lesson preview.
More reliable and consistent Studio profile updates
We've improved how changes to your Studio profile are saved and tracked behind the scenes. Updates you make now go through a single, unified process, which means edits are applied more consistently and your activity history is recorded accurately. You should notice fewer unexpected behaviors when making changes to your Studio settings.
Activity history for Studio profile edits
You can now see a full history of changes made to a Studio profile, including what was changed and when. This activity log is visible across Studio and Inbox so you always have a clear record of edits. Admins also have access to this history for oversight and support.
Studio edit history and subdomain change controls
You can now see a full activity log of changes made to a Studio profile, including who made each edit and when. Subdomain changes are now restricted to the studio owner, preventing unauthorised updates. We've also fixed an issue where certain Studio update requests were not being properly authenticated.
APRIL 2026
Course channels in Studio with structured lessons and drip scheduling
You can now create Course channels in Studio to deliver structured learning experiences to your members, with lessons organized into sections and optional drip scheduling to release content over time. Admins can build a full curriculum using drag-and-drop, set the course mode (self-paced, structured, or scheduled), and publish when ready. Learners get a dedicated enrollment screen, a sectioned lesson list, and a clean lesson player that respects any release rules you have set.
Channel access controls with Open, Private, and Secret visibility
You can now control who sees and joins each channel in your Studio. Channels can be set to Open (visible and joinable by all members), Private (visible to everyone but invite or rule restricted), or Secret (hidden entirely from non-members). When restricting a channel, you can grant access by membership plan, cohort, or specific individuals, and these rules can be combined however you need.
New layout options for Studio collections
You can now choose from multiple layout styles when presenting a collection in Studio, including a course layout, a grid view, and a hero grid. We've also added smart tag suggestions to help you organise and label your content faster when building or editing a collection.
Reliable file downloads in Studio
We've fixed an issue in Studio that could cause file downloads to fail or crash when handling large files. Downloads now complete successfully regardless of file size. You should no longer experience unexpected errors when downloading your projects or assets.
Resource detail pages with plan-aware access messaging in Studio
You can now open any resource directly to view its full details in a dedicated page within Studio. If a resource requires a higher plan, you will see a clear message explaining what is needed to access it. This makes it easier to explore available resources and understand what is included in your current plan.
New audio and video voice messages in posts and comments
You can now record and send audio and video voice messages in post and thread comments, as well as attach them to new posts. This allows you to more expressively engage with your community.
Migrating video hosting from Bunny to Mux
We've created new scripts to migrate all video content from the Bunny CDN to the Mux video platform. This will provide more reliable and higher-quality video playback for users.
New Search Feature in Classic Studio Layout
We've added a new search feature to the Classic Studio Layout, making it easier for you to find the content and resources you need within your studio.
New AI-powered search experience
We've launched a new AI-powered search feature that allows you to search across all content in your studio, including posts, videos, events, members, and more. The search results are enriched with relevant information to help you find what you're looking for quickly.
Improved Studio Search Functionality
The studio search feature has been significantly improved, with a new search engine and more advanced indexing and querying capabilities. Users can now search for studio content, events, and members more effectively.
Improved Video Uploading and Transcription
We've made improvements to the video upload and transcription process, making it more reliable and providing better visibility into the status of your video uploads.
Studio Settings Cleanup and Improvements
We've cleaned up and reorganized the studio settings page, making it easier to find and manage your studio's appearance, language, and other key settings.
Refinements to the post comments section
We've made several improvements to the post comments section, including better HTML rendering, role badges for authors, shorter relative timestamps, and a redesigned comment composer and reply flow.
Comprehensive evolution of the Studio post channels experience
This update brings a number of enhancements to the Studio post channels experience, including a new rail layout with compact post previews, topic filtering, a rich post composer, and more context menu options for admins.
Inline post composer for Studio
You can now create and publish posts directly from the feed page without navigating to the full post editor. This makes it faster and more convenient to share updates with your members.
New navigation options in the side menu
This update adds the Landing Page, Onboarding, and Subscriptions sections to the side navigation menu, making it easier for users to access these important areas of the studio.
Navigation and Messaging Improvements
This update brings several improvements to the studio channel navigation and messaging experience, including new context menus, unread indicators, and collapsible sidebar sections.
Fixed disabled create channel button when slug is auto-generated
We fixed an issue where the create channel button was disabled even when the slug was automatically generated, preventing users from creating new channels.
Improved Interaction with Feed Posts
Users can now like, comment, and bookmark posts directly from the feed. This makes it easier to engage with content without navigating away from the feed.
Improved Studio Channel Experience
We've introduced several improvements to the Studio channel experience, including a member profile popover, refined message toolbar, thread reply counts, and a smoother thread panel layout.
