OCTOBER 2026
Track Feedback Now Preserves Artist Name from Submission
We've fixed an issue where the artist name you entered when submitting your track for feedback wasn't being saved and displayed properly. Now when you submit a track, the artist name you provide on the submission form will be preserved and shown throughout the feedback process, instead of defaulting to your profile name.
Coach Profile Empty State Image Fixed
We've fixed a broken image that appeared on coach profiles when they haven't posted yet. The empty state message now displays properly with a cleaner, more modern design that looks great in both light and dark modes.
Fixed 'Done' Button Display in Coach Feedback Success Screen
We fixed a display issue in the coach feedback success screen where the 'Done' button text wasn't properly visible. The button now displays correctly with clear, readable text so you can easily confirm the action. We also cleaned up a duplicate search field in the collection post picker to reduce confusion.
SEPTEMBER 2026
Fixed issue with deleted coaches appearing in feedback selection
We've fixed a bug where coaches with deleted profiles were still appearing in the feedback coach selection list. Now, only active coaches with valid profiles will show up when you're submitting feedback, making it easier to select the right person.
Improved Track Feedback Payment Setup Validation
We've fixed an issue that was causing errors when initiating payments for track feedback submissions. The system now properly validates that payment setup is fully complete before attempting to process payments, and provides clearer error messages if there are any setup issues.
Waveform bars now display instantly when playing feedback tracks
When you play a sent track in feedback, the waveform visualization now appears immediately instead of waiting up to 10 seconds. The waveform is pre-computed when the file is uploaded and displayed right away, making the player feel more responsive and polished.
Video feedback uploads no longer get stuck during processing
Fixed an issue where video feedback uploads would get permanently stuck in a 'processing' state if the video took longer than 10 seconds to process. Now, longer video uploads will automatically complete and become ready to send, even if they take several minutes to process on our servers.
Per-Track Feedback for Multi-Track Orders
Store owners can now leave separate comments and video feedback for each individual track in multi-track orders, and customers see all feedback organized by track. Single-track orders work exactly as before, with no changes to the existing experience.
Fixed Monthly Feedback Credits Not Resetting After Subscription Renewal
We've fixed an issue where your monthly feedback credits weren't being properly reset after your subscription renewed. Previously, the system was looking at the calendar month instead of your actual billing period, which caused credits to appear stale or not refresh at the right time. Now your credits will accurately reflect your current billing cycle.

Fixed video feedback upload progress indicator
We've fixed an issue where the video feedback upload progress bar was stuck at 0% and wouldn't accurately reflect your upload progress. Additionally, upload error messages will now display correctly instead of showing technical error objects. Your video uploads will now show realistic progress as they're being sent.
JULY 2026
Improved feedback reassignment experience
We've fixed an issue where coaches could perform feedback actions (like adding comments) while a reassignment request was pending. Now, when you request to reassign feedback, those actions are properly disabled until the reassignment is processed, preventing confusion and ensuring clarity about the feedback status.
Coach Management System Updates
We've improved how coach information is managed and displayed throughout the Studio. This update includes better data handling for coach profiles, refined directory visibility controls, and improvements to how coaches appear in various views across the platform.
Fixed payment redirect issues on deployed environments
We fixed a bug that was causing 404 errors when users were redirected after completing a payment for track feedback. The issue occurred on our deployed environments and has now been resolved by improving how we determine the correct website URL for redirects.
APRIL 2026
Reset feedback credits on billing period renewal
Studio members will now have their feedback credits automatically reset at the start of each new billing period, ensuring they have the expected number of credits available.
MARCH 2026
Fix for broken profile image in Feedback Sidebar
We've fixed an issue where the profile image for users providing feedback was not displaying correctly. Now, the image will always be shown, providing a better visual experience.
Fix for required genre field in track feedback
We've fixed an issue where the genre field was required when submitting track feedback, but the error message wasn't clear. Now the genre field is clearly marked as required, providing a better user experience.
Admins can now see the reason for reassigning track feedback requests
Admins can now see the reason provided by coaches when they request to reassign a track feedback request. This provides more context to help admins better understand and process these requests.

Support for short SoundCloud links
We've updated the coach reference track embed feature to recognize and display SoundCloud tracks shared using short `on.soundcloud.com` links, in addition to the standard `soundcloud.com` links.
New Reference Track Embed in Coach Review
Producers can now see the reference track directly in the coach review interface, with support for embedded playback of common providers like YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud.

Improved reliability for track feedback comments
We've fixed an issue where general (no-timestamp) track feedback comments were failing to save due to a problem with the API. This update ensures comments without a timestamp can now be successfully added.
Ability to add general comments without a timestamp
Coaches can now choose whether to add comments tied to a specific timestamp or as general comments without a timestamp. This allows keeping non-timestamped feedback visible while maintaining the timeline UI for timestamped comments.
Hidden coaches no longer visible in track feedback
We have fixed an issue where coaches who were marked as hidden were still visible in the track feedback experience. This ensures that only active, available coaches are shown to users when providing feedback on their tracks.
Larger audio files allowed for track feedback
We've removed the 4MB size limit for audio files used for track feedback, allowing users to upload larger files if needed.
Increase track feedback audio upload size limit to 500MB
The maximum file size for track feedback audio uploads has been increased from 4MB to 500MB, allowing users to provide higher-quality audio feedback.
Easier access to completed feedback
We've made it easier for coaches, admins, and other authorized viewers to access completed feedback, even if they didn't submit the original feedback.
Fixes for issues with file uploads and track feedback
This update resolves several issues related to file uploads and track feedback functionality in the Studio web app. Users can now upload and manage files more reliably, and the track feedback experience has been improved.
Coaches now instantly reflect visibility changes in the admin dashboard
The admin feedback dashboard now immediately updates to show when a coach's visibility has been toggled on or off, ensuring the UI always matches the current state of the system.

Improved email invitations when adding new coaches
When adding a new coach to your studio, an email invitation will now be automatically sent to the coach's email address, making it easier for them to get started.
Track Feedback Metrics and Manage Member Credits
Studio owners can now view feedback metrics and credit balances for each member in their studio. They can also easily grant additional credits to members from the member management drawer.
Additional email functionality for Studio Feedback
This update introduces new email notifications for when a coach completes a studio feedback review and when a coach requests to have a feedback item reassigned to another coach.
View completed track feedback
Members can now see written comments and saved video feedback from coaches once a track review is completed, providing more transparency into the feedback process.
Preventing Spotify track embed errors on coach profiles
We've improved the handling of Spotify artist IDs on coach profiles to prevent the popular tracks embed from displaying an error when the ID is missing or invalid.

This update introduces several improvements to the track feedback workflow, making it easier for coaches to review, comment on, and submit feedback for tracks submitted by members.

This update fixes an issue that was preventing users from submitting content to their studio. The submission process has been improved to work more reliably.
Video feedback playback data saved for your deliverables
We've added support for saving video feedback playback data, like the Mux asset ID and playback ID, when you complete video feedback. This allows us to provide a secure streaming link so you can watch the video feedback at your convenience.
Improved Video Feedback Viewing Experience
We've made improvements to how customers can view video feedback, including better management of viewing links to prevent duplicates and ensure links expire as expected.
Store feedback metadata on order items
When users purchase a feedback product, their order details will now include information about the track they want feedback on, such as the artist, title, genre, and feedback type. This information will be displayed on the order success page.
