Improved studio invite email links
The studio invite email now includes a link that directs users to the correct workspace studio URL based on their environment.
Trial ending email reminder
You will now receive an email reminder 24 hours before your studio trial expires, allowing you to review your plan and billing details before your subscription converts to a paid plan.
Members can now cancel their free trials
You can now cancel your free trial at any time before it ends, so you won't be charged when the trial period is up.
Admin can remove studio members

Fixed Cancelled Members List
The cancelled members list in the admin dashboard has been fixed, making it easier for admins to view and manage members with cancelled subscriptions.

Fixed issue with double member creation
We've fixed an issue where users were sometimes being created as members twice. This should provide a more reliable and consistent experience when joining a plan.
Improved Billing Payment Handling
We've made improvements to how we handle billing payments, including better error handling when preparing catch-up payments, using the correct member user identifier when creating Stripe customers, and resetting Stripe Elements state to avoid client secret mismatches.
Manage Studios in Admin App
Studio admins can now manage all aspects of their studios, including member details, payments, and subscriptions. This allows them to have more control over their studio operations.
Default studio membership plan is now read-only
The default studio membership plan is now read-only, preventing accidental changes to the plan that is used for inviting new team members. Users can still view the plan details, but cannot edit the plan title, description, features, or other settings.
NOVEMBER 2025
Highlight plan trials across Notion surfaces
We've made improvements to how plan trial information is displayed across the Notion platform, making it easier for users to see and take advantage of free trial periods.

Improved subscription management by removing request cancellation controls
We've removed the request cancellation toggle from the plan creation and editing interfaces, as well as the status indicator on the plans page. This simplifies the subscription management experience for both you and your members.
Improved subscription reactivation experience
We've fixed an issue that required users to re-enter their payment information when reactivating a subscription. Now, your default payment method will be used automatically, making the reactivation process smoother.
Subscription reactivation option now hidden when fully cancelled
We've improved the subscription billing experience by hiding the 'Keep my Subscription Active' option when a user's subscription is fully cancelled. This ensures users don't see an option that will fail to reactivate their subscription.
Improved handling of plan subscriber limits
We've fixed a bug in the edit plan drawer where toggling the subscriber limit would incorrectly set the limit to 0. This could have caused users to accidentally set a limit of 0 subscribers, which doesn't make sense. We've updated the behavior to initialize the limit to null when toggling, and improved the input field placeholder to be more clear.
Enhanced trial management and analytics in plan admin
This update gives plan administrators more control over free trial settings, including the ability to view and manage active trials and upcoming expirations across all their plans.

This update makes it clearer to users when they are on a trial subscription and how long their trial will last. It also ensures that trial subscriptions are treated the same as active subscriptions for membership and plan limit purposes.
Improved handling of plan price trials
We've improved how plan prices with trials are managed, making it easier to create and configure new plans with free trial periods.
Flexible application start date for membership plans

Discord invite link updated in subscription emails
We've updated the Discord invite link included in subscription confirmation emails to use the authenticated join URL instead of a raw invite code. This ensures a smoother process for users to join our Discord community.
Reactivate Archived Membership Prices
You can now reactivate any archived membership prices for your studio. This allows you to bring back previously retired pricing options if needed.
Added radio custom application field
Users can now configure radio button options for custom application fields, allowing applicants to select one option from a list.
Cancelled members now visible in the Members table
The Members table now correctly displays all members, including those who have been cancelled, without forcing the 'active' filter. This ensures users can easily see the full list of members.
Simplified admin members overview
The redundant 'All' status card has been removed from the admin members overview, making the 'Active' card the default selection. The members data table now automatically filters to the 'Active' state when no status query parameter is set.
Allow viewing accepted plan applications in admin dashboard
Administrators can now view the details of plan applications that have already been approved, without being able to approve or reject them again. This allows admins to easily check the status and details of accepted applications.

See pending application counts for each plan
The admin Applications page now shows the number of pending applications for each plan, instead of just the overall application totals.

Improved Manual Waitlist Addition Process
We've updated the process for manually adding users to a plan's waitlist. When you add someone manually, their application will now be marked as 'Pending' instead of automatically approved. This ensures all waitlist applications follow the standard review and approval flow.
Prevent Discord bot installation without server selection
Users can no longer try to install the Discord bot without first selecting a server. The server dropdown will now be highlighted and focused if a user attempts to install the bot without making a selection.
Improved handling of manual plan member additions
We've improved the process of manually adding new members to a plan. This ensures the member's studio context is properly resolved and access is properly enforced.
