OCTOBER 2026
Settings pages now load instantly without flickering
We fixed an issue where navigating between different settings pages would cause the sidebar to flicker, reset its scroll position, and briefly show loading states. Settings pages now maintain a stable sidebar that only updates the content area when you navigate, providing a much smoother experience.
Product Pages Temporarily Unavailable
We've temporarily hidden the Inbox, Studio, and Store product pages as we make some updates. If you try to visit these pages, you'll be redirected to our home page. We've also removed these products from our website footer and navigation. This is a temporary change while we work on improvements.
Unified onboarding and announcements system
We've rebuilt how we show tutorials, tips, and announcements throughout the app using one modern system. Previously, these messages appeared in different styles and formats—some as tours, others as modals or banners. Now they all use the same consistent design that respects your preferences for reduced motion and works seamlessly in dark mode. Your dismissed tips are remembered better, and we've simplified the settings to let you replay tutorials or reset everything.
SEPTEMBER 2026
Fixed sidebar flickering when navigating between inbox sections
We've fixed an issue where the sidebar would briefly flash open before closing when you navigated between different sections like Sent, Activity, Insights, and other pages. Your sidebar preference is now respected immediately when switching between pages, with no visual flickering.
Backend Stability and Data Integrity Improvements
We've fixed several critical data consistency issues in our backend systems that ensure your studio data, member information, and payment records are properly tracked and maintained. These fixes prevent data loss and improve the reliability of features like member management, refunds, and studio administration.
Fixed Studio URL handling across environments
We've fixed how Studio URLs are generated to properly work across different environments (local, development, and production). This ensures that when you create or view a Studio, the URL correctly reflects your current environment, preventing broken links or incorrect domain references.
Studio and Store buttons are now active in the navigation menu
The Studio and Store application buttons in the More menu are now enabled and functional. Previously, these buttons were disabled and displayed as locked. Now you can click them to access your Studio workspace or Store, or begin the setup process if you don't have one yet.
Improved stability and performance across search and selection features
We've updated the underlying command menu system used throughout the platform to version 1.1.1, which provides better stability and more reliable behavior. We've also removed unused admin pages that were no longer accessible. These changes eliminate installation warnings and improve the overall reliability of search features like country selection, workspace settings, and content filtering.
Fixed dropdown menus and popovers appearing behind dialogs
We've fixed an issue where dropdown menus and popovers would sometimes appear behind dialog windows, making them unclickable with the mouse. This affected various menus throughout the application when opened from within a dialog box. Menu interactions now work reliably whether you're using your mouse or keyboard.
Growth Section Now Accessible from Top Navigation
We've reorganized the Growth section to be more easily accessible. The Growth page and its subsections (Overview, People, and Network) are now available directly from the top-level navigation, matching other main sections like Uploads and Discover. This makes the feature more discoverable and consistent with the rest of the application.
Updated translations and interface text across the platform
We've updated and improved text throughout the inbox application in English and Spanish, including new navigation options, refined messaging, and better support resources. These changes help provide clearer guidance and a more polished experience across the platform.
Studio Navigation Restored and Stability Improvements
We've fixed an issue where the Studio menu item was missing from navigation in the Inbox application. Additionally, we've resolved a crash that could occur in the StudioCard component and made several stability improvements across our platform.
Improved Studio Stability and Reliability
We've fixed a critical issue that was preventing some users from accessing their studios after a recent update. This hotfix ensures that all studio types are properly recognized by our system, preventing errors when loading your studio workspace.
Studio Web Stability Fix
We've fixed a critical issue that was causing Studio Web to experience errors in production. The application was unable to properly load its database query engine, which resulted in failed requests. This fix ensures the database engine is correctly included and accessible when the application runs.
AUGUST 2026
Faster Inbox Insights and Desktop Sync Performance
We've optimized database queries that power your Inbox Insights analytics and desktop sync features. This means faster load times when you're viewing activity timelines, performance reports, and when your desktop client syncs data with our servers.
Improved Settings Navigation with Search Hints and Inbox Links
We've made it easier to navigate your settings by adding search hints in both the main Settings and per-inbox settings, and created direct links between your workspace settings and individual inbox settings. You can now quickly jump between different settings areas without losing your place.
Find Settings Faster with Command Palette Search
You can now search for settings directly from the command palette (⌘K). Instead of clicking through menus to find a setting, just open the command palette and type what you're looking for—like "download" or "auto-download"—and the exact setting you need will appear with a breadcrumb showing you where it lives.
Improved stability when opening Inbox after app updates
We've fixed an issue where certain sections of Inbox would fail to load if the app was updated while you had it open in a browser tab. Now, if this happens, you'll see a helpful message explaining what occurred and a button to reload the page to continue working.
Demo Request Management and UI Improvements
We've added a new demo request system that integrates with Folk CRM to better manage product demo requests from potential customers. We've also made several design refinements to improve the overall user experience, including better form layouts and typography improvements.
Improved detail view navigation and scroll preservation
When you open a submission, track, profile, or contact detail from a list, the sidebar now stays visible and the list remembers your scroll position when you go back. Browser back button and a new back affordance now work consistently everywhere, and you can share direct links to these detail views.
Fixed missing 'Save link' label in Inbox Web
We've fixed a translation issue where the 'Save link' button was displaying as a technical code instead of proper text. This ensures all labels in the app now display correctly in English and Spanish.
Fixed language display for workspaces without multilingual support
We fixed a bug where the app could display in Spanish even for workspaces that don't have multilingual features enabled. Now the app correctly respects workspace settings and only shows non-English languages when your workspace supports it. You may briefly see English when reloading the app before your preferred language loads—this is intentional to ensure the correct language is shown.
Improved stability and reliability for text translations
We've fixed a critical issue where corrupted text (including technical markers) could appear in the app's interface. This was caused by a process failure during development that went unnoticed. We've now added multiple safety checks to prevent this from happening again.
JULY 2026
Spanish Language Support Improvements Across Discover, Communities, Tools, and More
We've fixed Spanish language translations throughout the app that were previously showing in English. This includes the Discover and Communities pages, Find a Pro section, Tools sidebar, and track detail panels. Spanish-speaking users will now see properly translated text in all these areas.
Spanish language translations now complete across Inbox and Spotlight
We've fixed remaining text strings that were displaying in English instead of Spanish throughout the Inbox and Spotlight features. This includes navigation tabs, submission type badges, bulk action modals, activity feeds, and other interface elements. Spanish-speaking users will now see the complete interface in their selected language.
Fixed crashes in Find a Pro, Lists, and other key pages
We've fixed several crashes that could occur when opening the Find a Pro directory, Lists page, and other areas of the app. These issues were caused by missing code references that would cause the page to fail to load. The app should now be more stable and reliable across these features.
New Navigation Links: Lists and Charts Now Available in Main Menu
We've expanded the main navigation menu to give you easier access to Lists and Charts sections. The 'Discover' section has been renamed to 'Directory' for clarity. You'll also notice an improved Send Tracks button with a quick composer option when you hover over it.
Improved Genre Selection Component
We've updated the genre selection component to use an improved selection interface that's more consistent with the rest of the application. The genre picker now displays loading and empty states more clearly, and styling is more flexible.
New Copyright Complaint (DMCA) Policy Page
We've added a dedicated Copyright Complaint (DMCA) Policy page to help you understand how to report content that infringes your copyright. The new page is accessible from our website footer and provides clear guidance on the takedown process and your rights.
Language Toggle Now Accessible
We've fixed an issue that was preventing the language toggle feature from appearing in the interface for users whose workspace administrators had enabled multi-language support. The language selection option should now be visible in your account menu and settings.
Inbox sidebar now remembers your scroll position
We fixed an issue where the sidebar navigation would jump back to the top whenever you navigated to a different page. Now, when you scroll through your inbox list and click on an item, your scroll position is remembered and restored when you return to the main navigation view.
JUNE 2026
Language switching now requires workspace enablement
We're stabilizing our language features and have made language switching opt-in for workspaces. Most users will see the app in English by default. Your workspace administrator can enable language switching in the feature flags panel if your team needs multi-language support.
Improved Language Support Reliability
We've made language switching more reliable. If there's a problem loading your preferred language, the app will automatically fall back to English instead of crashing. We've also added the ability to disable internationalization entirely when needed for maintenance.
Spanish Language Support & Improved Date & Currency Formatting
Inbox Web now supports Spanish (Spain) as a language option alongside English. You can change your preferred language in Account Preferences, and your choice will be saved across sessions. Additionally, dates, times, numbers, and currency amounts throughout the app now display in formats appropriate for your selected language and region.
Improved Settings Navigation Visibility in Light Mode
We've fixed an issue where the settings navigation menu was difficult to see when using light mode. The selected and hovered menu items now have better contrast and are clearly visible, making it easier to navigate your inbox settings.
Elevate Navigation Now Available in Inbox Sidebar for Beta Users
We've restored the Elevate product link in your inbox sidebar navigation. If your workspace has a linked Elevate store, you'll now see the Elevate option in the 'Other products' section, making it easier to switch between products without leaving your inbox.
Improved blurred backgrounds on all browsers
Fixed an issue where story share images displayed sharp, distracting backdrops instead of blurred ones on older mobile browsers like iOS Safari. Now all users will see beautifully blurred backgrounds regardless of their device or browser.
Brand Resources Link Added to Footer
We've added a new 'Brand' link to the Resources section of our website footer. This link takes you to our brand guidelines and assets, making it easier to access branding materials and resources.
Changelog now always shows the latest updates
The changelog page now refreshes in real-time to display newly published updates immediately when you visit. Previously, new entries could take time to appear due to caching. The page is now faster and more reliable, with better error handling if something goes wrong.
Improved stability for drag-select across inbox and directory
We've unified the drag-to-select feature across the inbox and directory pages to use a single, consistent implementation. This ensures that selecting multiple items by clicking and dragging works reliably the same way everywhere, with fewer opportunities for bugs to slip through.
Inbox layout no longer overlaps when resizing the window
We fixed an issue in Inbox where the filter bar would slide over the header when resizing your browser window. Everything now stays in its correct place regardless of your window size. Reading and managing your messages should feel cleaner and more predictable.
MAY 2026
Scrolling fixed for modals on mobile in Inbox
We've fixed an issue where modal windows in Inbox were not scrollable on mobile devices. You can now scroll through all modal content on your phone without getting stuck. This applies to activity and other modal views across the mobile experience.
Home page headline text fits correctly on Android and iOS phones
We fixed an issue where the main headline on the Trackstack home page would overflow or wrap awkwardly on smaller Android and iOS screens. The headline and subheading now scale smoothly to fit a wide range of phone screen sizes. Everything stays on one clean line as intended.
Track info display fixed on mobile in Inbox
We've fixed an issue where track details were not displaying correctly on mobile devices in Inbox. You can now view full track information cleanly when browsing your library or reviewing submission details on your phone. Everything lines up and reads as expected regardless of screen size.
Dark mode fixes across Inbox
We've fixed a range of dark mode display issues throughout Inbox so the interface looks correct whether you use light or dark mode. Elements like the pricing page, mobile navigation, search inputs, sent messages, and onboarding screens now all respond properly to your theme preference. You should no longer see washed-out buttons, unreadable text, or mismatched backgrounds when switching between modes.
Smoother scrolling experience in Inbox
We've improved how scrolling looks and feels throughout Inbox. The scroll behavior is now more consistent and visually polished across different parts of the app. Everything should feel cleaner as you browse your messages and notifications.
APRIL 2026
Dark mode and settings UI polish for Inbox
We've fixed several small visual issues in Inbox, including display problems that appeared when using dark mode. Settings screens, navigation, and the changelog page now render correctly across both light and dark themes. The theme toggle also behaves more consistently throughout the app.
Dark mode toggle removed from platform navigation
We've removed the dark mode toggle from the platform side navigation in Inbox. This tidies up the navigation area and reduces visual clutter, keeping the sidebar focused on the tools you use most.
Dark mode display fixes across Inbox
We've fixed a range of dark mode visual issues in Inbox so the interface looks correct no matter your theme preference. Hover states on shortlist and move-to-stack rows now appear properly, and contrast issues on the Discover filter panel, submission activity pages, track insight pages, and other areas have been resolved. You will also no longer see a white flash when the app first loads in dark mode.
Dark mode display fixes across Inbox
We've fixed a range of dark mode display issues in Inbox that caused certain pages and panels to appear with incorrect colors, poor contrast, or a brief white flash on load. Areas affected included the Sent page, Discover filters, Support header, Track Insight Detail page, and several other surfaces. Everything should now look consistent and polished whether you use light or dark mode.
