Inbox sending and insights display fixes
We've fixed a few small issues in Inbox to make sending tracks and reviewing insights more reliable. The Send Tracks button is now disabled while a file is still uploading, preventing accidental submissions before your track is ready. Popovers on the Sent Insights page and the Momentum badge are also easier to read thanks to improved contrast.
Send Tracks button disabled while upload is in progress
The Send Tracks button in Inbox now stays disabled until all your tracks have finished uploading. This prevents accidentally submitting an incomplete submission before your files are ready. You can still prepare the rest of your message while uploads complete.
Inbox polish: scrollbar fix, upload safeguards, and display improvements
We've fixed several small but noticeable issues across Inbox. The Send Tracks button is now disabled while a track is uploading so you can't accidentally submit an incomplete submission, and the Inbox Match page no longer shows duplicate scrollbars. Long inbox descriptions now wrap correctly, connected Songstats artists appear right away after linking, and the saved track filter works as expected again.
Inbox filtering, sending, and display fixes
We've fixed several small issues across Inbox to make things work the way you'd expect. Filtering your saved tracks by multiple types now correctly shows results matching every selection you've made, and the Send Tracks button is now properly disabled while a track is still uploading. We also fixed long inbox descriptions getting cut off, improved contrast on Sent Insights popovers, and your connected Songstats artist now appears straight away after you link your account.
Inbox display and sending fixes
We've fixed several small issues in Inbox to make things work more smoothly. Long inbox descriptions now wrap correctly instead of running off the screen, and the Send Tracks button is now disabled while a track is still uploading so you can't accidentally submit before it's ready. We've also improved the contrast on popovers in the Sent Insights area so they're easier to read.
Inbox polish: dark mode fixes, multiselect filter, and smarter send button
We've fixed a range of issues across Inbox to make everyday tasks smoother and more reliable. The multiselect filter on your saved tracks now works correctly, the Send Tracks button is disabled while a file is uploading so you can't accidentally submit an incomplete submission, and Songstats artist connections now appear immediately after you link your account. We've also cleaned up visual issues including dark mode rendering across Spotlight, popover contrast on Sent Insights, long inbox descriptions that were getting cut off, and a duplicate scrollbar on the Inbox Match page.
Composer remembers your last used submission type and sender inbox
When you open the send composer, it now pre-selects the submission type (Demo or Promo) and sender inbox you used last time. Your sender inbox preference is remembered separately for each workspace, so switching workspaces always restores the right inbox. First-time users will still see the default behaviour set by your workflow settings.
Smarter Top Inboxes and Top Tracks filtering in Sent Insights
You can now sort your Top Inboxes and Top Tracks by plays, downloads, supports, shortlists, or conversion rate, and the rankings update instantly to reflect whichever metric you choose. We've added filters for inbox type (Artists, Labels, Curators), label, artist, genre, and time period so you can zero in on exactly the audience segment that matters to you. Each row also shows a full engagement breakdown at a glance, and the filter controls across Sent Insights and Sent Activity now share a consistent look and feel.
Inbox activity feed, track modal, and link-in-bio fixes
We've fixed a few small issues in Inbox to make things clearer and easier to use. The Sent activity feed now correctly shows who sent a submission when a cancellation occurs, so you always know who took that action. We've also made the inbox header in the submission track modal clickable, and embed module titles now appear above their previews in your link-in-bio page.
APRIL 2026
Fixed story image download button and dark mode track colors in Inbox
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where the button to download a story image from a submission was not working correctly. We also corrected the track color display in dark mode so everything looks consistent and easy to read. These fixes apply to the sent submissions area of your Inbox.
Message text now visible when sending tracks
We've fixed an issue in Inbox where the message you wrote when sending tracks was not appearing. Your message will now display correctly every time you share tracks with a contact. We also fixed a bug where previously viewed search results could not be clicked again.
Fallback to default artwork for broken track images
We've fixed an issue where the 'Add Tracks' feature would not display a default image if the track's artwork image was broken or unavailable. Users will now see a default placeholder image in these cases.
Improved composer page with advanced suggestions and genre quick filtering
The composer page has been updated with new discovery features, including smart suggestions based on your sent messages and the ability to quickly filter tracks by genre.
Stack names no longer linked in activity feed for senders
When viewing the activity feed, senders will now see the stack name they moved a track to, without it being a clickable link. This change improves the experience for senders by removing the unnecessary link.
MARCH 2026
Improved navigation in Inbox and Sent Track Detail
We've made improvements to the navigation in the Inbox and Sent Track Detail pages, making it easier to move between them and providing a more seamless user experience.
Improved loading of Sent submissions
The Sent page now loads faster and provides a better experience when you have many outbound submissions. The system automatically fetches more data in the background as you scroll, so the full list of submissions appears progressively without delays.
Grouped view for Sent submissions
We've added a new 'Grouped by Inboxes' view to the Sent submissions page, making it easier to manage and browse your outbound tracks organized by inbox.
Added status tooltips to Sent page
Users will now see additional context about the status of their sent submissions, including why a submission may have been cancelled.

FEBRUARY 2026
Profile Image Required for All Senders
Users now need to upload a profile image before they can send a submission. This change ensures a consistent experience for all users, making the platform more reliable and trustworthy.
Fixes a crash in Safari on iPhone
We've fixed a bug that was causing the track selection component to crash when used on an iPhone running Safari. This should improve the reliability of the inbox experience on iOS devices.
Redesign Sent page filters with multi-select popovers
The Sent page filters have been redesigned with new multi-select popovers for selecting status, type, and track. This allows users to easily apply multiple filters at once.
Improved Track Selector Experience
The track selector in the Send Tracks Composer has been enhanced with new features, including artwork previews, play/pause buttons, and inline title editing.
JANUARY 2026
Submission status improvements
We've added a new 'Duplicate' status to the submission review process, which will be displayed to users when their track has been marked as a duplicate. This provides more clarity on the review status of their submission.
Resubmission of cancelled or expired tracks now allowed
Users can now resubmit tracks that were previously cancelled or expired, without having to create a new submission. The system has been updated to allow resubmission of these types of submissions.
Private comments no longer visible in Sent activity
Comments marked as private will no longer be shown in the Sent activity list. They will remain visible only in the inbox activity view.
New activity feed on inbox profiles
We've added a new activity feed section to the inbox profile page, showing how the inbox has interacted with your tracks, including plays, downloads, supports, and shortlists.
Comments disabled for sender on submission track details
The comments feature on the submission track details page was previously disabled for the sender of the submission. This has been fixed, and senders can now add comments on their own submissions.
Fix for Inbox ID issue in Activity Interaction Renderer
We've fixed an issue where the Inbox ID was not being properly displayed in the Activity Interaction Renderer component. This should ensure that the Inbox ID is correctly shown for relevant interactions.
Artists can now connect with supporting curators on Instagram
We've added the ability for artists to see the Instagram handles of curators who have supported, shortlisted, or downloaded their tracks. This makes it easier for artists to connect with curators who are interested in their music.
Improved track submission experience with new composer features
The track submission composer has been refactored to provide a more intuitive and reliable experience, with new features like improved error handling, duplicate track detection, and bulk submission capabilities.
Revision author name display fix
We've fixed an issue where the name of the user who uploaded a revision to a track was not being displayed correctly in the activity feed. This should now show the correct name and image for the revision author.
Submission tab restored in Sent Insights
The submission tab on the Sent Insights page has been restored, allowing users to easily access and view their past submissions.
Bulk send feature for directory inboxes
You can now select multiple inboxes in the directory and send tracks to all of them at once. The system will automatically skip any paused inboxes or duplicates before sending, and show you a clear summary of what was sent.
Bug Fix: Clear error when a track is selected
This fix ensures that the error message related to not selecting any tracks is cleared when a track is selected, providing a better user experience.

Removed duplicate submission option from mobile view
We have removed the 'Duplicate Submission' option from the mobile view of the Sent page. This was a duplicate feature that caused confusion for users.
Fixing duplicate messages in Send Tracks feature
We've fixed an issue that was causing duplicate messages to be sent when using the Send Tracks feature. This should provide a more reliable and consistent experience when sending messages.
Added reason for when tracks cannot be sent
Users will now see a clear explanation when they try to send a track but it cannot be delivered, such as if the recipient's inbox is paused or has reached its submission limit.

Enhancements to activity feed
The activity feed for submission tracks has been updated with improvements to how comments, updates, and other interactions are displayed. The experience is now more cohesive and informative for both senders and inbox members.
New server-driven momentum score without Songstats boost
We've added a new momentum score to the Sent Insights page that shows your recent progress in getting plays, downloads, supports, and shortlists. This score is calculated by the server based on your actual submission activity, without relying on external Songstats data.
OCTOBER 2025
Add desktop view toggle for Sent page
Users can now switch between a list and table view for the Sent page. This allows you to easily switch between a detailed table view and a more compact list view on desktop.
Bug fix for Sent message filtering
We've fixed a bug that was causing issues with the filters on the Sent messages page. Users should now be able to more reliably filter their sent messages by sender, inbox, track type, and review state.
UI Scrolling Fix in Track Sharing Dialog
We've fixed an issue where the Track Sharing dialog had scrolling problems, making it difficult to view all the options. This update improves the scrolling experience in the dialog.
Improved handling of infinite case in Send Tracks Composer
We've made a fix to handle cases where the remaining submission capacity is set to an infinite value, ensuring the Send Tracks Composer functions correctly in these scenarios.
Administrators can now send unlimited tracks
Administrators can now send an unlimited number of tracks without encountering the 'monthly limit reached' error. This issue has been resolved, allowing administrators to work without restrictions.
Improved activity feed messages
The activity feed in your inbox now shows more specific, user-friendly messages when the status of your tracks changes. You'll see clear actions like 'Shortlisted the track' or 'Supported the track' instead of generic 'status changed' messages.
Improved activity feed display for non-label inboxes
We've fixed an issue where non-label inboxes (like Personal, Artist, and Curator) were showing 'Shortlisted the track' in the activity feed when they should have shown 'Supported the track'. This change ensures the activity feed now displays the correct action for each type of inbox.
New promo workflow
We've introduced a new promo workflow to make it easier for users to create and manage promotional content on the platform.
Monthly submission limit reached
We've added a new message to inform users when they've reached their monthly limit for submitting tracks. This will help users stay aware of their usage and plan accordingly.
Improved Sent Track Search
The search functionality on the Sent page has been improved with more precise matching and better user experience. Users can now search for sent tracks and inboxes with higher accuracy and clearer feedback.
