JULY 2026
Store Bio Updates Now Appear Immediately
Fixed an issue where changes to your store's bio in Settings weren't showing up on your public store page right away. Store owners will now see their bio updates reflected immediately when they visit their public store link, instead of having to wait or refresh multiple times.

Improved Checkout Experience with Embedded Payments and Order Confirmation
We've redesigned the checkout flow to provide a smoother payment experience with payments now embedded directly on our checkout page rather than redirecting to an external page. We've also added a new order confirmation page that displays immediately after a successful purchase, along with improved visual theming and a better overall checkout interface.
Improved Elevate Navigation for Store Owners
Store owners using the Elevate feature will now be directed to their store dashboard when clicking the Elevate navigation item in the sidebar, providing a more direct path to managing their store. Other users will continue to see the Elevate landing page as before.
Complete Your Profile Checklist & Cover Image Upload for Elevate Stores
Store owners using Elevate now see a helpful 'Complete your Profile' checklist in their sidebar that guides them through 5 essential setup steps. New to this release is the ability to upload a cover image (a wide banner) directly in Settings, making it easy to finish your store profile and get discovered in the directory.

Elevate search and in-app notifications
You can now search across Elevate directly from the navigation, making it faster to find what you need without manual browsing. We've also added in-app notifications to Elevate so you stay updated on activity without leaving the platform. A fix has also been applied to the Elevate email log to ensure your email history displays correctly.
Elevate dark mode polish across dashboard, products, and search
We've improved how Elevate looks in dark mode across the dashboard, product builder, calendar, and search. Text, borders, and interactive elements are now consistently readable and well-contrasted throughout the interface. Several small visual rough edges have also been smoothed out, including scrollbar behaviour and button hover states.

Improved revision tracking in Elevate delivery emails
We've improved the revision tracking in the Elevate delivery emails to match what customers see in the order confirmation UI. Customers will now see the same revision state (unlimited, remaining, or no revisions) in their emails as they do in the web app.
Displaying the actual total paid on the Order Confirmation page
The Order Confirmation page now displays the total amount the customer paid, including the Trackstack service fee, so the order details match their payment record.
Copy order details with a single click
You can now easily copy order numbers, customer names and emails, and product titles from the Elevate Orders table with just a click. This makes it faster and more convenient to reference these details without having to open each order individually.
Total price now displayed correctly on Review & Pay button
The Review & Pay button now correctly displays the total price, including the service fee, to match the total shown in the modal.
Improved Stripe integration for Elevate stores
We've updated the Elevate store management experience to automatically fetch and display the current Stripe balance and next payout date for each store. This provides store owners with more visibility into their Stripe account status.
Improved Elevate checkout redirect
We've improved how the Elevate checkout process redirects users back to the Elevate website after completing a payment. This ensures users are always redirected to the correct Elevate domain, regardless of their location or the environment they're using.
Fix Elevate invite issue
This update resolves an issue that was preventing users from being able to invite others to their Elevate store. Users should now be able to invite others and manage their Elevate store without any issues.
Ensure Elevate product links always point to the correct domain
We've updated how the Elevate marketplace base URL is determined to ensure that links to Elevate products always point to the correct domain, regardless of the environment (local, QA, or production).
Updated the 'Create your own store' footer link
We've updated the 'Create your own store' link in the Elevate product footer to directly navigate to the Elevate product page, instead of opening an email compose window.
Improved Draft Saving Experience
We've improved the draft saving experience for the Elevate product builder. Users will now receive more helpful feedback if they try to save a draft with an invalid number of stem files.
Stripe-charged total now shown in Elevate order confirmation email
The Elevate order confirmation email now displays the total amount charged by Stripe, providing customers with more accurate information about their order.
Fixed changing price on Elevate products
This update fixes an issue where users were unable to change the price of their Elevate products. Users can now update the price and discount price of their products as needed.

Workspace owners now receive an onboarding email when Elevate is enabled
When an admin enables Elevate for a workspace, the workspace owner will now receive an email with instructions and a link to begin the Elevate onboarding process.

This release fixes several bugs in the Elevate web application, including issues with ordering, video feedback, and dashboard sections. Users should experience more reliable order tracking and video playback.
Apply Promotion Codes on Elevate Checkout
You can now apply promotion codes during the Elevate checkout process to receive discounts on your subscription.
Changes to Elevate pricing structure
We've updated the pricing structure for Elevate products, including a new 5% service fee that will be added to the customer's total price. This fee helps cover our operating costs and ensures the sustainability of the Elevate program.
