Studio description length limit enforced
We've added a 240-character limit for studio descriptions to ensure consistent validation across our admin, inbox, and mobile experiences. This helps prevent overly long descriptions that could negatively impact the user experience.
Fixes for Freemium plan issues
We've fixed several bugs that were affecting users on our Freemium plan, including issues with submitting tracks, managing inbox settings, and accessing billing information.
Elasticsearch indexing for submission tracks removed
The recent addition of Elasticsearch indexing for submission tracks has been reverted, restoring the previous behavior of using the paginated list endpoint for all queries.
Fixes issue with inbox page loading
We've fixed an issue where the inbox page could sometimes show an error when loading, even if the user was online. This should now load properly without any errors.
Improvements to sharing settings and search
This update improves the experience for users who share tracks or projects with others. Changes include immediately reflecting changes to sharing settings, automatically copying the share link after saving, and providing faster search results for uploaded tracks.
Fixed issue causing studio subdomain overwrite
We have fixed an issue that was causing studio owners' subdomains to be overwritten with the string 'NULL', which could take down their entire studio. This has been addressed through a multi-layer fix in the admin and studio web apps, as well as the backend API.
Uploads page performance improvements
The Uploads page has been optimized to reduce the number of API calls and improve page load times, providing a smoother experience for users.

We've addressed several issues that were impacting the reliability and usability of our track and project sharing features. Inbox owners will now receive email notifications when new submissions arrive, and shared links will work consistently across all environments.

Custom Labels for Submission Review Statuses
You can now customize the labels for 'Shortlisted' and 'Supporting' submission review statuses across the Inbox, Sent, and detail views. This provides more context to users on the status of their submissions.
Ability to join Discord from your plan
You can now join your studio's Discord server directly from your plan. This makes it easier to connect with other members and access exclusive content.

Studio owners can now create custom onboarding flows for new members, with a drag-and-drop builder and a member-friendly wizard experience.
Improved Font Fallback
We've updated the font fallback options for the inbox app to ensure a consistent and similar appearance across different devices and browsers.

Public profile settings now locked for free users
The public handle, description, and verification settings in the inbox general settings are now locked for free users. These settings are only accessible to Pro users.
New Activity Inbox Filters, Improved Decline Form, and Freemium Enhancements

Pages that were not published were previously visible to all members. This update ensures that only published pages are visible to members, unless they have admin or owner permissions.
Improved reliability and visibility for billing plan changes
We've fixed an issue where the 'Resources Available to Reactivate' banner would sometimes appear even when your plan was aligned with your paused resources. This banner now only shows when there are actual opportunities to reactivate paused resources.

We've fixed several issues that were causing reliability and performance problems for our free website users. Your website experience should now be faster and more stable.
Improved inbox management and plan downgrade experience
We've made several improvements to the inbox management and plan downgrade experience. Users can now see their actual inbox limits, choose between downgrading to Pro or Free plans, and partially reactivate paused inboxes.
New 'Add to Calendar' button for events
You can now add upcoming events to your Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar with a new 'Add to Calendar' button. This makes it easier to keep track of events you're interested in.
Booking form input size improved
We've fixed a small issue where the input fields in the booking form were showing up with an unexpected large size. The inputs now use the default size, preserving the existing styling and functionality.
Improved post creation for coaches and admins
Coaches and admin users can now create new posts directly from the dashboard, making it easier to share content with the community.
Calendar view added to events page
Members can now view upcoming and past events in a calendar view, in addition to the existing list view. The calendar shows a monthly grid with event details and status indicators.
Improved error handling for file uploads
We've improved the error messages users see when there are issues uploading files. Now, if an upload fails, you'll get a more informative error message to help you troubleshoot the problem.
Redesign Sent page filters with multi-select popovers
The Sent page filters have been redesigned with new multi-select popovers for selecting status, type, and track. This allows users to easily apply multiple filters at once.
Improved category management in the admin panel
The admin panel now has better validation and error handling when creating new categories. The category name field has a character limit and displays an error message if it's left empty or exceeds the limit.
Dark mode UI and bug fixes
We've fixed several issues and bugs in the admin interface, including improvements to the dark mode experience. Users should notice a more consistent and polished UI across various pages and components.
Improved Track Selector Experience
The track selector in the Send Tracks Composer has been enhanced with new features, including artwork previews, play/pause buttons, and inline title editing.

We've fixed an issue where general (no-timestamp) track feedback comments were failing to save due to a problem with the API. This update ensures comments without a timestamp can now be successfully added.
Added Discord access to membership plans
We've added a new feature that allows members to access our Discord community based on their membership plan. This gives you more ways to connect with our creative community.
Fixed issue with notification preferences
We've fixed a bug that was causing issues with saving notification preferences in the Studio web app. Users can now update their notification settings without any problems.

Improved Discord integration and admin role management
This update enhances the Discord integration experience, allowing admins and owners to be automatically assigned a dedicated admin role when joining the Discord server. It also provides more control over role mappings and default roles for members.
