Elevate platform improvements
This update includes several improvements to the Elevate platform, including fixes and enhancements to the product details pages, checkout experience, and backend systems.
UI Scrolling Fix in Track Sharing Dialog
We've fixed an issue where the Track Sharing dialog had scrolling problems, making it difficult to view all the options. This update improves the scrolling experience in the dialog.
Improved Elevate mixing and mastering experience
We've made several improvements to the Elevate order and delivery experience, including better tracking of order status, enhanced track metadata, and a smoother download process for completed deliverables.
Improved handling of infinite case in Send Tracks Composer
We've made a fix to handle cases where the remaining submission capacity is set to an infinite value, ensuring the Send Tracks Composer functions correctly in these scenarios.
Improved Discord invite creation
We've fixed an issue with creating Discord invites that would sometimes fail due to an incorrect guild ID. This update ensures that invites can be created reliably, improving the experience for users who connect their Notion workspace to Discord.
Improved notification messages for track actions
The notifications shown in the popover (bell icon 🔔) will now display specific action messages, such as 'Declined [track]', 'Supporting [track]', or 'Confirmed [track] for release', instead of the generic 'Review status changed for [track]' message.
Administrators can now send unlimited tracks
Administrators can now send an unlimited number of tracks without encountering the 'monthly limit reached' error. This issue has been resolved, allowing administrators to work without restrictions.
Checkbox improvements for better user experience
We've made improvements to the Checkbox component to make it more responsive and accessible for users. The checkbox is now clickable and will update its state accordingly, providing a better overall user experience.
Don't allow empty comments
We've fixed a bug that allowed users to submit empty comments. Now, if you try to submit a comment with no text, you'll see an error message asking you to enter some content.
Simplified email change in account settings
You can now easily change your email address in your account settings. This allows you to update your login email without having to contact support.
Studio web app maintenance mode
The Studio web app now has a maintenance mode that displays a branded splash screen when enabled. Users can still log in to access the studio, but non-login routes will be gated behind the maintenance screen.
Bug fix for email sending
We've fixed a bug that was preventing users from sending emails from the inbox application. You can now reliably send emails to the contact associated with a submission track.
Improved API performance by removing duplicate code
We've improved the performance and reliability of our API by removing a duplicate code handler. This change helps our system run more efficiently, which can lead to faster response times for users.
Improved Stripe Connect onboarding experience
We've made improvements to the Stripe Connect onboarding process, making it easier for studio owners to integrate their Stripe account with Truman.
Improved submission review responsiveness
The submission review experience in the Inbox has been made more responsive, with faster loading and smoother scrolling when viewing many submissions.
Studio Payments Improvements
We've made improvements to the studio payments experience, including better handling of payment setup and subscription management.
Fixed personal information UI issues
We've fixed a bug that was causing issues with the personal information UI in the Inbox web app. This should improve the overall user experience when viewing and managing your personal information.
Added a popup modal to verify email for inbox
We have added a new popup modal that allows users to verify their email address for an inbox. This helps ensure the inbox is legitimate and can be used for important communications.
New Filters and Sorting Options in Broadcast Page
We've added new filters and sorting options to the Broadcasts page, giving you more control over how you view and manage your email campaigns.
Limit on public inbox submissions
We have introduced a monthly limit of 1,000 submissions for the public inbox feature to help maintain service quality and reliability.
New admin configuration for Studio
Admins can now manage the availability and state of various modules for their Studios, including features like Posts, Events, and Payments. This allows greater control and customization of the Studio experience.
Improved Inbox Suggestions on Discover Page
We've added a fallback discovery collection to the Inbox Similar section on the Discover page. This ensures users always see relevant suggestions, even if the personalized recommendations are empty.

Shortcut added to updates page from notifications
We've added a new 'See all activity' shortcut at the bottom of the notifications popover that lets you quickly navigate to the updates page to view all your recent activity.
Improved activity feed messages
The activity feed in your inbox now shows more specific, user-friendly messages when the status of your tracks changes. You'll see clear actions like 'Shortlisted the track' or 'Supported the track' instead of generic 'status changed' messages.
Improved handling of default payment methods
We've improved the way we handle default payment methods when you add a new card. Now, we'll automatically set the new card as the default if you have an active subscription, so you don't have to do it manually.
Improved activity feed display for non-label inboxes
We've fixed an issue where non-label inboxes (like Personal, Artist, and Curator) were showing 'Shortlisted the track' in the activity feed when they should have shown 'Supported the track'. This change ensures the activity feed now displays the correct action for each type of inbox.
Email notification settings updated
We've updated the backend to provide more control over email notification preferences for workspace users. Users can now customize which events trigger email notifications for their inboxes.

Studio Submissions Fixed
This update fixes an issue that was preventing users from submitting content to their studio. The submission process has been improved to work more reliably.
New promo workflow

Fixed mobile view of user profiles
We've fixed an issue that caused the user profile page to display incorrectly on mobile devices. The profile header and avatar are now properly sized and displayed for a better mobile experience.
View Discord details in member drawer
You can now see a member's Discord username (if connected) in the member drawer, making it easier to identify and communicate with members who use Discord.
Fixed Studio URL fetcher
We've fixed an issue with the Studio URL fetcher, which should improve the reliability of loading Studio pages and features.
Resolved encoding issue in email composer
We've fixed an issue that caused incorrect encoding when composing emails to our support team. This ensures the email subject and body are displayed correctly for all users.
Email request process improved
We've made improvements to the email request process, making it easier for users to contact our support team directly from the app.
Chrome email fix
We've made improvements to how the app handles email functionality in the Chrome browser, making it easier for users to contact support.
New email verification option
You can now request email verification for your account, which helps build trust and improve visibility with your contacts.
Monthly submission limit reached
We've added a new message to inform users when they've reached their monthly limit for submitting tracks. This will help users stay aware of their usage and plan accordingly.
Improved Sent Track Search
The search functionality on the Sent page has been improved with more precise matching and better user experience. Users can now search for sent tracks and inboxes with higher accuracy and clearer feedback.
Past Due Banner Improvement
We've fixed an issue with the past due banner that was incorrectly displayed for cancelled subscriptions. The banner will now only appear for truly past due subscriptions.
Archived email attachments now available in the inbox
We've made it easier to access email attachments by archiving them to our secure storage and providing downloadable links within the inbox. This means you can now view and download any attachments sent to your Elevate inbox.
Fixes to search and list functionality in Sent section
We've resolved two issues that were preventing the Sent section from working properly. Search results now return more relevant matches, and the list of sent items now loads correctly.
Video feedback playback data saved for your deliverables
We've added support for saving video feedback playback data, like the Mux asset ID and playback ID, when you complete video feedback. This allows us to provide a secure streaming link so you can watch the video feedback at your convenience.
Improved layout of the Discover page
We've made improvements to the layout of the Discover page, ensuring that the content fills the entire viewport without any unwanted white space at the bottom.
Improved scrolling performance in Discover page
We've fixed a critical issue that was causing the Discover page to crash when scrolling, especially with filters applied. This update ensures smooth and reliable scrolling in both normal and bulk selection modes.
Improved post and page editor experience
We've made improvements to the post and page editors, making it easier to create and update content on the platform. The editors now have a more responsive and intuitive interface, with better handling of text formatting and media uploads.
Bug fix for divisible by zero issue on Insights page
We have fixed a bug that could cause the Insights page to display incorrect data when the total submissions value was divisible by zero.
Inbox performance and quality improvements
This update significantly improves the performance and responsiveness of the inbox interface, especially for users with a large number of tracks. The changes include optimizing CPU usage, reducing memory footprint, and streamlining the code architecture.
