Improved reliability of file uploads
We've fixed an issue that could cause file uploads to fail or get stuck when the user tries to cancel an upload. Uploads should now be more reliable and responsive to user actions.
Overlap fix for remove button in contact list
We've fixed an issue where the 'Remove from list' button was overlapping with the contact information in the inbox contacts list. This should improve the layout and make the button more accessible.
New allowed genres for Inbox submissions
You can now select from a wider range of genres when submitting content to the Inbox. This gives you more flexibility to categorize your submissions.
Added default count for genres
We've added a default count for genres in the Discover page, so users can see the number of contacts associated with each genre even if the count is 0.
Improved threads list experience with auto-refresh
The threads list page now automatically refreshes every 15 seconds to keep the data up-to-date, and it also handles cases where a thread is no longer available, displaying a message instead of an error.
Fixed issue with updating user email
We've fixed a bug that was preventing users from updating their email address in their account settings.
Improved sync status and controls
The sync status in the app header has been updated to provide more detailed information about the sync process. Users can now see the percentage of tracks synced, the number of tracks remaining, and any failed syncs. New controls have also been added to allow users to start, pause, resume, and cancel the sync process.
Improved performance for syncing and pagination
We've made improvements to the performance of syncing and pagination in the Inbox, resulting in faster page loads and a smoother scrolling experience.
Improved error handling and display
We've made improvements to how errors are handled and displayed when creating or updating lists and sharing tracks. Users will now see more helpful and informative error messages.
Submission status now clearly displayed on the Sent page
We've fixed an issue where the submission status was not being displayed correctly on the Sent page. The status is now clearly shown, indicating whether the submission is complete or still awaiting review.
Improved sync and sharing link expiration
This update fixes an issue where sharing links could expire unexpectedly, and improves the sync process for offline playback. Users can now more reliably download and stream tracks even when their network connection is slow or intermittent.
Avatar height fix
We've fixed an issue that was causing avatar images to appear too large in the workspace switcher dropdown.
Bugfix for creating contacts lists
This update fixes an issue where an error message was not being properly displayed when attempting to create a new contacts list.

Improved sync reliability and cleanup of unused data
This update includes fixes to improve the reliability of syncing data between your device and the Inbox web app. It also adds a new feature to clean up unused data from your local storage, freeing up space on your device.
Improved handling of default payment methods
We've fixed an issue that could prevent users from setting a new default payment method. This ensures a smoother billing experience.
Improved Manual Waitlist Addition Process
We've updated the process for manually adding users to a plan's waitlist. When you add someone manually, their application will now be marked as 'Pending' instead of automatically approved. This ensures all waitlist applications follow the standard review and approval flow.
Improved file validation and corruption detection
We've added new checks to detect and warn users about corrupted or unsupported audio files during the upload process. This helps ensure a smoother and more reliable file upload experience.
Improvements to Inbox Navigation
We've made improvements to the Inbox navigation, making it easier to expand and collapse the 'More' section. You can now manually toggle the 'More' section to see additional options related to your Inbox.
Improved sidebar navigation
We've made it easier to expand and collapse the sidebar navigation. You can now click on the chevron icon to open or close the 'More' section of the sidebar.
Prevent duplicate list names
We've fixed an issue that allowed users to create multiple lists with the same name in a workspace, which could be confusing. Now, if you try to create a list with a name that already exists, you'll receive an error message.
Fix for incorrect inbox count in delete modal
The inbox count displayed in the 'Delete List' confirmation dialog has been fixed to show the correct number of inboxes associated with the list.
Validation for Event End Time
We've added a new validation to the event editor to ensure the end time is always after the start time. This prevents users from saving or publishing events with invalid date ranges.
Dropdown fix for Sent Insights page
We've fixed an issue with the dropdown menu on the Sent Insights page, improving the overall user experience.
Prevent Discord bot installation without server selection
Users can no longer try to install the Discord bot without first selecting a server. The server dropdown will now be highlighted and focused if a user attempts to install the bot without making a selection.
Improved error messaging for creating and editing lists
We've improved the error messages users see when trying to create or edit a list. If there are any issues, such as the list name being too long or missing, users will now see a clear and helpful error message to guide them.
Bug fix for track sharing date format
We've fixed a bug where the date format for track sharing expiration was not being accepted correctly. Users can now input a valid date for when shared tracks will expire.
Improved Submission Limit Messaging
We've made the message about reaching your monthly submission limit more user-friendly and informative. The new message clearly explains your current submission status, including the total number of tracks you can send this month, and when your limit will reset.
Improved error messaging for shared track expiration dates
We've improved the error message that users see when trying to set an invalid expiration date for a shared track. The new error message provides clear guidance on the expected date format.
Improvements to the AI Content Editor
This update improves the AI-powered content editor, making it more reliable and responsive. Users can now generate longer text outputs and take advantage of the latest AI language models.
Ensure page title persists when publishing
When publishing a page, the latest title will now be saved and shown, ensuring your page's title is always up-to-date.
Prevent duplicate collection names
We've added a new validation step to prevent users from creating collections with duplicate names. This ensures a clean and organized experience when managing your content collections.
Improved email reporting for thread comments
We've updated the 'Report' action for thread comments to generate an email to our support team with more context, including the thread ID and studio name.
Improved event editor date handling
The event editor no longer crashes when focusing the date pickers, ensuring a smooth experience when creating or editing events.
Improved handling of missing pages
We've updated our page lookup API to properly handle cases where a requested page doesn't exist. This ensures a better user experience when viewing or editing pages.
Optimistic profile link updates
You can now update your social media links on your profile page with instant feedback, without waiting for the changes to be saved.
Improved Manage Collections modal stability
We've fixed an issue where the Manage Collections modal would crash if a collection had no image. The modal now falls back to a placeholder image, ensuring a smooth experience when managing your collections.
Placeholder for Post Analytics
The admin post analytics page has been updated to display a simple placeholder informing users that analytics functionality is coming soon.
Improved handling of manual plan member additions
We've improved the process of manually adding new members to a plan. This ensures the member's studio context is properly resolved and access is properly enforced.
Improved handling of Stripe subscriptions
We've made improvements to how Stripe subscriptions are created for our customers. This ensures a smoother and more reliable subscription experience.
Improved Stripe Plan Mapping
We've fixed an issue where the mapping between Stripe plans and our internal plan IDs was not always accurate. This ensures that your Workspace plan is correctly updated when you change your Stripe subscription.
Improved error messaging for shared links

Added cancel button to Songstats disconnect confirmation
We've added a cancel button to the disconnect confirmation popup for Songstats, so users can easily dismiss the popup if they don't want to disconnect.
Improved error handling for template generation
We've made improvements to the error handling when generating more templates for the Decline form in the Submission Tracker. Users will now see better error messages if the AI quota is exceeded or there are other issues with template generation.
Email Validation Improvement in Track Sharing
We've fixed an issue where the email field in the track sharing dialog was not properly validating email addresses. This ensures users enter a valid email when sharing a track.
