Sync workspace data with subscription refresh triggers
This update keeps your workspace data in sync with the latest information from your Stripe subscription. When you close subscription-related modals, your billing data will now update immediately.
Revert workspace add-ons and submission credits feature
This update reverts a recent change that exposed workspace add-ons and submission credits information to users. The original feature has been removed, and this change restores the previous behavior.
Revert submission top-up handling changes
We have reverted recent changes to how submission top-ups are consumed when submissions exceed the base capacity. This change should improve the reliability and stability of the submission process.
Improved submission handling for paid plans
The system will now automatically consume your submission top-ups when your account's monthly submission limit is exceeded, ensuring your campaigns can continue running without interruption.
New Linkstack public app released
We're excited to announce the launch of the new Linkstack public app, a platform that allows creators to easily build and share custom link pages with their audience.
Prompt users to reload for latest updates
When new changelog entries are available, desktop users will see a notification prompting them to reload the page to apply the latest updates.
Improved workspace limits with add-ons
This update enhances how workspace limits are calculated, taking into account any add-ons that have been purchased. This ensures users have access to the full capabilities of their workspace plan and any additional features they've enabled.
New Workspace Add-ons and Submission Top Ups
You can now add optional add-ons to your workspace, such as extra inboxes or seats. You can also purchase submission top ups to increase the number of submissions you can make.
Require immediate payment for invite upgrades
When upgrading your studio plan through an invite, you will now be required to make an immediate payment through Stripe. This ensures your subscription is active right away and provides you with clear payment instructions.
Expanded help resources and streamlined account actions
This update expands the help menu with new resources like mobile app downloads, legal documentation, referral links, and social media connections. It also trims some duplicate account actions to make the menu more concise.
Improved Stripe Integration
We've made improvements to how our application integrates with Stripe to manage customer subscriptions and payments. This will provide a more reliable and streamlined experience for our users.
Bug fix for missing quote in workspace ID list
We've fixed a bug where a missing quote in a list of workspace IDs was causing an issue. This should improve the reliability of the workspace functionality.
Add Discord Disconnect Control
Users can now disconnect their Discord integration from the Integrations page. This allows them to remove the connection between their studio and Discord if needed.
Improved error handling for studio privacy
We've improved the error handling for the studio privacy API to provide a better user experience when there are issues loading studio information.
Improved Submission Track Management
This update introduces improvements to the way you can manage your submission tracks. You can now more reliably archive, decline, and update the status of your submission tracks, with the changes automatically reflected across the application.
Improved team member invitations
We've added a tooltip to the 'Invite' button in the Team Members settings, providing users with more information about the maximum number of team members they can invite.
Support for 2GB video uploads
You can now upload videos up to 2GB in size when creating posts. This increase in the file size limit makes it easier to share high-quality video content.
Improved Stripe checkout experience
We've updated our Stripe checkout process to prioritize monthly recurring prices, making it easier for you to select the best pricing option.
Improved private track sharing experience
We've made it easier to share tracks privately with specific people. You can now create a private share link, set an expiration date, and invite people by email directly from the sharing dialog.
Improved mobile experience for uploading artwork
We've made it easier to upload artwork for your tracks on mobile devices. You can now directly upload images from your device's file picker, and see the progress of the upload.
Preserved post collections when saving updates
We've fixed an issue that caused post collections (files, comments, reactions) to be lost when updating post details in the Notion database. Your post data will now be preserved when you save changes.
Added Churnkey Cancellation Webhook
We've added a new integration with Churnkey to handle subscription cancellations. When a user cancels their subscription, they'll now receive a personalized email from our team to understand their reasons and see if there's anything we can do to improve their experience.
Improved cancellation experience
We've added a new cancellation workflow that sends a personalized email to users when they cancel their Trackstack subscription, providing an opportunity for feedback and follow-up.
Onboarding Reminder Email
Studio admins can now send an onboarding reminder email to inactive members to encourage them to activate their membership.
Bug fix for scroll issues on the Inbox page
We've fixed a bug that was causing issues with the scrolling behavior on the Inbox page, ensuring a smoother and more responsive experience for users.
Improved handling of pause and resume actions for inboxes
This update addresses an issue where users would not see a confirmation prompt when pausing or resuming an inbox. Now, users will be shown a confirmation modal before the inbox state is updated, ensuring they don't accidentally pause or resume an inbox.
Improved performance and stability for Studio Web app
The Studio Web app has been optimized by removing unused dependencies, improving its performance and stability.
Fixed scrolling issue in account menu
We've fixed an issue where the account menu could get stuck when scrolling, making it difficult to access all options. This update ensures the account menu scrolls smoothly and reliably.

We've fixed an issue with downloading shared tracks, ensuring users can reliably download tracks they've been granted access to.
Improved Scrolling on Genre Collection Pages
We've made improvements to the scrolling experience on genre collection pages, ensuring smooth and consistent performance across all screen sizes.
Inbox name and handle must not contain empty spaces
The Inbox name and handle fields now enforce that empty spaces are not allowed. This ensures a better user experience when creating new inboxes.
Studio invite form improvements
We've made improvements to the studio invite form, including displaying the selected plan type and fixing a duplication issue in the form fields.
Improved page load times
We've made changes to how we load content during the build process, which should result in faster page load times for users.
Improved Mux Video Transcription and Subtitle Generation
We've improved the process of generating video subtitles using Mux. The system will now automatically translate and improve subtitles in multiple languages, providing a better viewing experience for our users.
Manage your team in the Studio Admin
A new Team tab has been added to the Studio Admin section, allowing owners and admins to view, manage, and update the roles of team members.
Fixed issue with event email links
We've fixed an issue where the links in event emails were incorrect, preventing users from accessing event details. This update ensures that users can now easily access their event pages from the email notifications.
Added cancellation reason for subscriptions
Users can now provide a reason when canceling their studio subscription. This will help our team better understand why members are choosing to cancel their subscription.

We've added a new step to the inbox onboarding process that allows you to easily activate your inbox and start receiving track submissions. This final step is highlighted to make it clear that your inbox is ready to go public.
Improved Webhook Handling
